2012 Proball Player Fees

Middle School Ball

Single season: includes, regular season play in league (12 games avg.)

Plus the East West Wood Bat Tournament June 9th. Uniform, jersey, pants, socks, belt, hat, t-shirt, warm up top and helmet. Insurance and facility use in season.

Cost $300.00

8U - 14U Travel

Will include the same uniform items and consist of four tournaments, insurance and building use. The cost is $300

Additional seasons, league fees only: $150.00

League fees and uniform: $250.00

Additional tournaments $25.00 each tournament.

The budget goal for each team is $5000

Hit A Thon (goal $200.00 each player)

Casino Bus Trips 5 people per player

Banners (goal $100 per player) $2000 potential

2012 Proball Banner

We will be producing a 3 X 6 foot banner for each of our teams.

These banners will be displayed at all of our 2011 games.

Space is limited to 4 major sponsors and 8 key sponsors.

We will accept as many name sponsors that can fit on the banner.

Deadline for 12U, 13U & 14U teams is April 1.

Deadline for remainder teams is June 1.

Banner will be white with red graphics.

Logo’s that include artwork can be used.

Placemats

2012 Proball Placemats

Our goal here is to help raise player fees, as well as promote area businesses and provide placemats to local restaurants.

There is no maximum number of sponsors we can use for this fund raiser. We will continue to produce placemats until all of our sponsors have been included on a placemat.

For example: we have almost 100 players in our organization. If everyone sells one spot we will produce 5 different placemats and distribute them to local restaurants.

Each placemat will have 3000 11X17 copies made and be displayed throughout our team coverage area.

Business logos can be used as long as they are in a jpeg or gif file.

Please contact me with any questions and when you have a sponsor so I can update each placemat. Placemats will be produced every time we reach 20 sponsors. Sponsors may purchase multiple spots on a placemat or purchase a spot on an additional placemat.
