Open to Middle School Kids from 5pm-7pm

High School Kids from 7pm -9pm

Adults 9pm - 11

Teams are 6 on 6 and can be

Girl - Guy - Coed

There will be 6 balls in play on our

70X 100 turfed infield.

Matches will be five minuets long

then a one minuet (free for all)

to settle any match that is still in play.

Now add the twist!!!

You will be playing under blacklight with fog, music, & obsticals. It should be exciting...

The cost is $5.00 per person for the challenge days and you may play on more than one team.

The cost is $60.00 per team for tournament play and you can only play on one team per division. There will be a cash prize for first and second place and the prize is based on the amount of teams in each division. There is a maximum of 8 teams in each division and

is the first 8 teams registered and paid are in.

Middle school is from 5-7

High School is from 7-9 and

Adult Teams are from 9-11

So come on out where your team colors and lets see who are the best ballers in West Michigan.

WAIVER/EXCLUSION CLAUSE:

I, the undersigned parent/guardian/participant, in enrolling at Proball Training Academy (Proball) understand that he/she/I in attending any Proball program and using the facilities does so at his/her my own risk. Proball, its owners, employees and agents shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant and his/her/my family in or about any programs on the premises. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damage which may occur in or about any programs on the premises. He/She/I do or does herby fully and forever release/discharge and hold harmless Proball, all associates facilities and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present or future resulting from or arising out of any persons participation in any programs or use of Proball facilities. In addition, he/she/I agree(s) to follow rules of play and conduct set by Proball. He/She/I understand(s) that failure to do so may result in suspension from participation. CONSENT: I, the undersigned parent of/guardian of/ participant do hereby grant authority to the staff of Proball to render a judgment concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence. I herby authorize Proball and its assigns to utilize any and all photographs, pictures, or other likeness of the participant/me, as they deem appropriate.
